Creation beyond Anger

Anger is a natural emotion that is characterized by the feeling that someone or something has deliberately done you wrong. It can be a good thing, and can motivate you to find solutions to problems. But if it is denied altogether, it has negative effects, not only on you, and your health, but on others. Anger goes hand in hand with resentment, and unless released, it hinders You. This class is designed to help communicate and release feelings of anger. There is amazing potential in the release of this emotion. People start with expressing what makes them angry, they express how they respond to its consequences. But through the course it takes a turn for most everyone-- we begin to see beyond the Anger, and start to experience ease. As this happens, locked up energy is released, and there is increased feeling of peace. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives. 

 

Creation on Illusion of Control

A class that encourages participants to gain personal insight on the topic of 'Control,' and what it means to them. For most of us, when we are not trying to control other people, we are trying to control the outcome of certain situations. When we are invested in any one outcome, could we be cutting out possibilities that could be even better?  Giving up control can seem scary, yet it can yield a place of true power. Can we truly know what’s best for another person?  If you were stop controlling, would you be able to receive more of yourself in your life? Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives.

Creation on Gratitude

A class that focuses on what it means to be in Gratitude. We all have things we want to change, but we also have much to be grateful for, and so many times, this goes unnoticed. Being grateful for who you are and what you have brings more to be grateful for.  It is said that attracting any kind of abundance involves a circular reciprocity:  we give, we receive, and acknowledge what we have. What if gratitude is the key to abundance? Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives. 

 

Creating beyond Broken Promises

This class is especially designed for individuals that would like to express relationship issues, and may have experienced a recent disappointment or loss. Sometimes we are unable to forgive ourselves for being in a wrong relationship, or for losing one. We have to be willing to forgive ourselves after experiencing disappointment. Forgiveness is a choice that can lead to empathy and compassion.  It can transform your life so that you can move toward a  place of peace and joy, and create for your highest best. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives. 

Creating after experiencing Compassion Fatigue

This class is designed for individuals that are continuously giving themselves to others. When caregivers focus on others without practicing self-care,  Apathy, isolation, and suffering get created. Dr. Charles Figley has described  this as, "Compassion Fatigue is a state experienced by those helping people or animals in distress; it is an extreme state of tension and preoccupation with the suffering of those being helped to the degree that it can create a secondary traumatic stress for the helper." If you sense that you are suffering from compassion fatigue, the path to wellness begins with awareness.  Let's process compassion fatigue together by embarking on a fun journey with insights, and healing.  Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives. 

Creating from the seed of Stress

Stress affects us all. Many of us are so used to being stressed, we often don't know we are stressed until we are at a breaking point. This class is to identify and process stress. So what ups and downs affect you in your daily lives, that can be released in a creative production? Can we take some time everyday to ignore the incoming stressors and contribute to creation instead? What worry  can you let go of ? What situation have you already lived out, but still worry about? No previous art experience necessary! Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives. 

Creation of Inner Peace

Inner Peace is about bringing the practice of Acceptance  of the present moment into daily life. As long as we are looking for a different moment than the present, we are never content. What is it that you are not accepting in this moment, that if you did, it would open you up to a infinite peace and joy? Finding peace and happiness in the little joys of life can seem like a lot of work because everyday stressors get the best of us.   This class is a creative and soothing way to express what peace  means to each one of us. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on their deepest desires in pursuit of happiness and what is most meaningful in their lives.
